1/ RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drafting of press materials including press release, bios, fact sheet etc.
• Pitch stories and features to the media based on approved pitching grid/plan
• Ideation, execution and dissemination of press kits
• Help in keeping an accurate inventory of clients’ samples, prepare loan forms, facilitate delivery to media and follow up for sample returns
• Attend, participate and provide support at client events, meetings, media events, and brainstorming sessions as required
• Development of proposals based on client brief
• Ensure that all press materials adhere to client requirements before dissemination to media
• Assist in the managing of Social Media campaigns and activities for clients
• Work with social media influencers to curate relevant content to reach clients’ target audience
• Assist in the creation, curation and management of Social Media campaigns
• Develop and expand community, blogger and influencer outreach efforts
• Compile report for clients, showing results and regular updates (meeting KPIs)

2/ QUALIFICATIONS

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Communications or PR. Previous agency experience is a plus
• Possess a good understanding of global and industry trends in fashion, beauty, luxury and lifestyle
• Able to perform well under pressure and be a strong team player
• Self-motivated and resourceful, with high levels of initiative
• Excellent written and communication skills, with an eye for detail
