Junior Creative

Conduct conceptual exploration, including sketching, drawing and research findings.

Actively participate in reviews, ability to articulate and showcase design thinking skills, delivering the message clearly to the audience and able to execute own ideas.

Functional Mastery

Creativity:

• Begin to immerse in brand foundations
• Look for new techniques to bring your ideas from concept sketches to final product
• Effective in ways of bringing design to life and communication of your ideas
• Know where to spend time efficiently
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects/tasks at one time
• Direct or indirect contribution to pitches
• Coming up with the big ideas

Communication:

• Present ideas with passion and energy
• Connect strategy and rationale back to work
• Provide design thinking and not just executing

Technical skills:

• Good technical skills with Adobe Creative Suite
• Developed good knowledge and shortcuts to work efficiently
• Understand both digital and production techniques for design implications
• Maintain and organise files and project materials
• Efficiently backup files in an organised manner on the server
• Explore in various softwares to expand your skillsets, willingness to learn

• Give the project leader advance notice if there is a problem meeting a deadline or if there are unclear expectation
