As Marketing Specialist, you will be working within Marketing team to support QIP’s full scope of marketing and communications activities with a focus on digital activity, any 3rd party partnerships and social media management and corporate branding. The marketing team support would include involvement in driving our residential business globally, in the Country Markets of UK/US/JP.

Scope of Work – Marketing JD/ Key Responsibilities

  • Build the online strategy and multi-channel platforms for QIP & it’s subsidiaries to deliver impactful and engaging campaigns that will help to increase the company brand profiles in the market and support the growth of sales & investment pipelines
  • Manage and develop client Social Media platforms and campaigns
  • Strategic and operational management of QIP website including working with the team members to support content management, optimisation/SEO, reporting and analytics
  • Brief and manage external agencies and our inter-department teams
  • Involvement in paid advertising strategy and campaigns including optimisation and reporting (SEM/Linkedin)
  • Keep abreast of new channels and emerging innovation & tech supporting digital marketing (web, mobile, SEO)
  • Develop and deliver integrated strategic, personalized and bespoke multi-channel campaigns with particular emphasis on key investors/prospects.
  • Develop and deliver account-based marketing initiatives for the selected key investors/prospects, including activities such as client events and webinars, research reports, website updates, social media content, marketing & sales toolkits, and internal communications
  • Roll out global campaigns, tailoring to the local market as needed
  • Gather information on the market, competitors and clients across the relevant sectors and report / advise on the service and marketing implications
  • Ensure that marketing target lists are managed appropriately, and that the data is used effectively for targeting purposes
  • Liaise with members of the marketing teams and key business unit stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient delivery of the marketing plan
  • Analysis of return on investment – measure and report on the effectiveness of our marketing activity and adjust plans accordingly
  • Manage external agencies in assisting with drafting briefs for external consultants including but not limited to: PR Agencies, Design/Creative teams and other collaborative firms.

Skills and Knowledge

The successful candidate should have the following skills and competencies:

  • 1-3 Years of experience working in marketing role
  • Understanding of overall Marketing projects and tasks
  • Highly-organised and detail-oriented. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising effectively and meeting deadlines whilst working under pressure.
  • A meticulous eye for detail, presentation with excellent creative judgement and strong proof-reading skills.
  • A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge and experience of using the full Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
  • Ability to work independently using own initiative in a busy environment.
  • Can-do attitude
