The role

As Sigi Skin’s E-Commerce intern, you are a highly organized, strategic thinker who’s willing to get your hands dirty with us. You will take overall responsibility for all administrative functions in our company. In this position, you will set policies, operations, create and maintain budgets. You care deeply about building a meaningful brand in a fast-paced environment, and you will lead and motivate our team with a great purpose, and strong execution skills, during this time you will be reporting to our Operations Executive.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist with the daily operations of both our online e-commerce channels and retailers
• Fulfilling daily orders from our various e-commerce channels and retailers
• Assist with merchandise planning and inventory management.
• Proactively search for branded campaigns
• Assist Marketing and PR side for influencer outreach .
• Assist with overall customer experience and outreach.
• To help with quotation sourcing
• Other ad hoc tasks as required.

Application Criteria:

• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Good command of spoken Chinese
• Good organization skills and attention to detail.
• Enjoys interacting with different people including customers, colleagues, vendors and other stakeholders.
• Hardworking and eager to learn.
• Able to work and communicate well with a small team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
• Basic knowledge of Adobe CS (Photoshop/ Illustration/ Lightroom/ Indesign) is a plus.
