Responsibilities:

• Perform exploratory research and collaborate with product team to innovate on product functionalities
• Produce proof-of-concepts/proposals based on research findings or client use-cases
• Assist with the authoring of high-quality user stories / product requirements clearly stating a valid business benefit as well as acceptance criteria for successful delivery
• Provide clearly structured and relevant functional documentation of features delivered in coordination with product team
• Support product team with ad-hoc tasks

Requirement:

• Analytical, logical thinking, good problem-solving skills
• Naturally curious, self-driven and a strong team player
• Knowledge on Natural Language Processing (NLP) is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to communicate in Mandarin is a plus
