Seeking a highly driven and motivated Senior/HR Executive to support our growing people needs across Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.

You are essential in helping to build a strong employer brand for our Company,

Your success in this role will require a positive can-do attitude to work collaboratively with the Management as well as with your team across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with stakeholders to provide support in HR-related matters across the region.
  • Work closely with your assigned departments on various HR activities such as talent sourcing, performance management, salary review, promotion, talent development, learning & development, employee relations, etc.
  • Drive employee engagement program and implement initiatives for improvement.
  • Review and make recommendations on policies to value add HR efficiency.
  • Provide HR advisory to facilitate employee queries.
  • Prepare management report to analyze staff turnover, absenteeism, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment regulations.
  • Assist in HR core projects.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the Tech industry.
  • Have experience in HR business partnering role and the ability to proactively build strong relationships with stakeholders to manage HR operations.
  • High sense of urgency and able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
  • A team player, highly motivated and energetic.
  • Good knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
  • Good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel.
  • Appointment will commensurate with experience and qualification.
  • Able to commence work immediately.
