Customer Success & Operations Intern

Job Scope:

  • Owning end-to-end operations efforts
  • Designing and delivering quality user experiences
  • Conducting user interviews and overseeing the curation process
  • Ideating and iterating on optimal operational flows
  • Being the voice of Kopi Date

What You’ll Learn:

  • Working in a fast growing start-up environment

Time period:

Able to start immediately and commit full-time for a minimum of 3-6 months

Based in Singapore

*80% work from home
