Customer Success & Operations Intern
Job Scope:
- Owning end-to-end operations efforts
- Designing and delivering quality user experiences
- Conducting user interviews and overseeing the curation process
- Ideating and iterating on optimal operational flows
- Being the voice of Kopi Date

Time period:
Able to start immediately and commit full-time for a minimum of 3-6 months

*80% work from home
