You’re a multi-disciplinary creative with a strong eye for composition and good
aesthetics. You have proven leadership skills and the confidence to share your
views and ideas. You’re empathetic yet analytical and also humble enough to
accept feedback positively.

Job Description

• Ideate, write and execute original and iconic creative concepts in
  response to our brand’s vision and campaign goals
• Understand the nuances of the brand and give fresh ideas on how
  to take it further successfully
• Takes on the responsibility of leading the creative team to come up with
  the brand strategy and drive social media content
• Lead monthly content planning across all platforms
• Extend relationships with fellow brands and explore new ways to further
  collaboration and build up our community
• Present, share and review creative work with managers
• Able to mentor and motivate a team of creatives to plan, execute
  photoshoots, campaigns, and postings
• Forward thinking and able to work with managers to drive growth across
  the company
• Other duties as assigned

Job
Requirements

• Minimum 4-5 years experience in a creative agency or similar environment
• Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator and Premiere Pro
• Able to work Saturdays as needed
• Currently in Singapore
• Experience with e-commerce brands and interest in sustainability is a plus
• Fluent in English
• Good team player, pleasant personality, energetic and self-motivated
