Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, produce, and direct high-quality media pieces such as documentaries, videos, promos, TV commercials, web videos
• Planning, production, management and execution of content
• Craft compelling stories to help grow engagement on social media platforms
• Write captivating, detailed scripts for videos
• Manage campaign responsibilities & deliverables according to the assigned schedule.
• Ensure all videos meet EVOLVE branding guidelines
• Deliver content in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Minimum of a diploma in relevant fields required
• Candidate must have detailed knowledge of the pre-production, production, and post-production processes
• Proficient in Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and basic Photoshop
• Proficient in video shooting. Skilled in camera composition, lighting, and sound
• High level of professional proficiency in video production: locating, casting, lighting, shooting, audio capturing and more
• Must understand the how to shoot effectively using HD camcorders and HDSLR rigs
• The ability to produce broadcast-quality media with high production values
