The role

We are looking for a Copywriter to join our young, dynamic team who is out to make a difference in whatever we do! Preferably someone who already enjoys good social media content and attunes to the latest trending topics.

Job description

• Liaise and work with the accounts management team and interpret the client’s briefs.
• Familiarise with clients’ products and services, the target audiences and the competitors’ activities;
• Conceptualise and develop creative social media content, ideas and strategy.
• Present ideas to colleagues and there maybe chances to present to client
• Write clear, persuasive, original copy;
• Proofread copy to check spelling and grammar;
• Amend, revise or redevelop social media campaigns in response to feedback from the art director/ designer, accounts management team or clients;
• Stay in trend with social media landscape and keep up to date with popular culture and trends;
• Oversee and assist the relevant party with the assigned campaigns through from the production stage to completion;
• Must be able to demonstrate effective time management – working on several campaigns at once, sometimes under pressure and often to tight deadlines;
• Liaise with production companies, photographers, typographers, designers and printers (where necessary);
• Take lead on clients’ social media content calendar;
• Monitor the effectiveness of social media content produced, actively seek to improve the deployed campaign and provide/suggest solutions where necessary;
• Able to write on SEO/SEM Copywriting
• Team player – able to work closely and effectively with the art director/ designer, accounts management team or clients.
