Job Description

• To work together with Director and all staff to grow sales and achieve target.
• To ensure showroom is always neat and well displayed.
• To ensure smooth delivery and installation of products to consumers.
• To promote a high level of customer service.
  • Greet customers.
  • Help customers find items in the store.
  • Check for stock at other branches or order requested stock for customers.
  • Provide customers with information about items.
  • Ring up purchases (sales contract).
  • Elevate complaints to management.
  • Keep track of inventory.
• Any ad-hoc duties tasks and duties, as assigned
