We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead the content team to build the awareness by developing and carry out the marketing strategies to meet the consumer’s need and maximize the profits.

Job Description:

1. MARKETING

  • Define marketing objectives and KPIs.
  • Manage and execute the annual marketing calendar.
  • Responsible for the definition and execution of the integrated marketing and communication plans.
  • Work with ecommerce and content teams to create advertising campaigns.
  • Manages branch presence on local official social media accounts and on all digital channels.
  • Plan and execute brand events and marketing activations.
  • Work with external PR agency and build relationships with media and influencers
  • Liaise with merchandizing team on products and product development.
  • Liaise with marketing/CRM team to plan in-store events.
  • Groom retail sales team.

2. CONTENT MANAGEMENT

  • Work with content creators to grow followers, brand interest and engagement across social media platforms.
  • Identify gaps in digital channels and marketing strategies.
  • Ensure brand consistency through all marketing channels and efforts.
  • Promote activities to promote customer engagement.
  • Work closely with the creative team to produce marketing collaterals.

3. TEAM MANAGEMENT

  • Lead a team content and creative specialists.
  • Be the champion for brand advocacy.
  • Plan team development and learning opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or relevant field.
  • Proven work experience as a marketing manager or similar for at least 4 years.
  • Strong experience with marketing and social media strategies.
  • Experience in fashion or retail company is a plus!
  • Experience in creative directing marketing collaterals.
  • Experience implementing and optimizing Google Ads, Facebook and affiliate campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with tracking tools and setting up measuring strategies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
