Citron Violet is a female owned, independent Video Production company based in Singapore. We work across APAC creating both commercial and factual programming. Our clients include household names like SK-II, the United Nations, JLL, Special Olympics, Superdry, Aveeno, Centrum, Neutrogena, Tourism Northern Territory and many more.

As we expand, we’re looking for an experienced Business Development professional to promote our services to direct clients and leading agencies. The role will consist of a fair base salary with monthly performance bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Utilising your contacts to make appropriate introductions to the business.
• Raising awareness of Citron Violet through networking, attending trade events, and promoting the business at every opportunity.
• Manage and develop the business pipeline.
• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
• Creating and maintaining a positive image of the brand.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, production, marketing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in a sales or marketing role within a production or agency environment.
• Experience in video production and post-production process
• Extensive contacts of potential clients both within Singapore and internationally is essential.
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

Location

Singapore – Hybrid Role – Remote and at office

Contract Duration

Full time with a 3-month probation period
