Responsibilities

• Relationship Management with prospects, current and generating new business leads
• Strategic-leading and forward-driven planning for internal operations & client accounts
• Goal Oriented and Driven Motivator at delivering solutions & results, and generating revenues for existing client businesses
• Management of Daily Team Activity & Operations Management and Client’s Campaigns
• Process Checks & Updates for Internal Team & External Client Activities
• Regular monitoring of Emerging Market Trends, Creative Practices and Industry Activities
• Overall Team Development and Management
• P&L Management for Clients’ Campaigns & Accounts

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of working experience in productions, advertising, media, digital, or similar field
• Perfectionist’s approach, problem solving mindset, always up for new challenges to make things happen
• Aesthetic Sense, Progressive Ideas, Sharp-eye in details
• Excellent time management with ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure
• Strong interpersonal, communication (oral & written) and persuasion skills
• Efficient, effective, with excellent work ethics in a fast paced environment
