Job description:

  • Lead and execute projects in our CRM department, including our community engagement efforts, as well as our membership & donors programme.
  • Strategise PR campaigns to promote our events and programmes
  • Craft and send out press releases to the media leading up to our events
  • Assist in reaching out to new donors
  • Assist with website updates using CMS and sending of eDMs
  • Vet artwork, collaterals and ensure all information is accurate on our digital and non-digital marketing fronts
  • Be in charge of our social media platforms (Instagram and Facebook), planning and executing our social media calendar, creating engaging social media posts
  • Strategise and execute brand marketing & event marketing campaigns together with the Marketing Lead.
  • Assist with website updates using CMS
  • Vet artwork, collaterals and ensure all information is accurate on our digital and non-digital marketing fronts
  • Coordinate with designers and vendors for the design of artwork and printing of publicity materials
  • Assist with other marketing-related activities

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Arts Management, Business
  • Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
  • Must be articulate with excellent organizational skills, can multi-task & able to priorities workload.
  • Familiar with social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook and have experience in Social Media Advertising.
  • Familiar with video and photo editing software like Premiere Pro/FCP, Photoshop, Lightroom.
  • Experience in PR roles, CRM, or internal communications role is preferred.
  • Experience in managing creative agencies, or working in creative agencies is preferred.
  • Familiar with social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook and have experience in Social Media Advertising
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Able to manage and communicate with high-stakeholders.
  • Excellent attention to detail
