- Leadership and management of the marketing department
- Shape perception of the ilLido Group through effective messaging, and responsibility for marketing and advertising activities
- Develop and implement branding and corporate messaging through internal and external marketing channels
- Evaluate, develop and execute marketing communications strategy and marketing plan
- Plan, direct, and coordinate turnkey marketing campaigns and promotions
- Develop sales and pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share while achieving maximum customer satisfaction
- Identify and engage stakeholders
- Outreach and development of strategic brand and marketing partnerships
- Build brand awareness and positioning
- Drive sales, events and lead generation efforts
- Manage marketing resources, including marketing budget, ongoing tracking and analysis of costs incurred and creation and evaluation of metrics for cost/benefits achieved
- Oversee digital, social media marketing strategy and content marketing
- Support daily operational needs of the ilLido Group
