About ART SG

ART SG is Singapore and Southeast Asia’s largest leading international art fair, with more than 100 local, regional and global galleries exhibiting across two floors at the Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Centre. The inaugural Fair took place from 12-15 January 2023 and had 43,000 visitors.

ART SG will be held annually during Singapore Art Week and is supported by the Singapore Tourism Board and the National Arts Council. The 2nd
edition, ART SG 2024, will take place from 18 to 21 January 2024
.

Internship or Contract Period

  • Start Date: either available to start immediately, or within October, latest start date 31 October
  • Must be available for entire period from 2 – 22 January 2024 (13,14 and 20,21 weekends inclusive)

JOB SCOPE: Partnerships & Business Relations Support

  • Administration support to Partnership & Business Relations team pre-fair and on-site
  • Support in organising and updating ART SG’s Partnerships & BR database on Excel
  • Work with senior team members to research, identify and engage with companies across a variety of industry and sectors
  • Support ART SG sponsors and partners on arranging for VIP tours, invitation distribution, ‘new to buying art’ talks, and general requests
  • Update and keep track of invitations distributed to partners
  • On-site support at the fair
  • Singapore citizen, permanent resident, or hold a work permit
  • Meticulous, well-organised with strong attention to detail
  • High level of communication skills
  • Good with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) (please highlight proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience using Photoshop, Mailchimp, WordPress (for Marketing interns)
  • A self-starter, resourceful and creative to conduct effective research
  • Have a positive attitude, willing to learn and a team player

Prerequisites

  • Singapore citizen, permanent resident, or hold a work permit
  • Meticulous, well-organised with strong attention to detail
