• Assist project Senior LA for project and be responsible for respective deliverable, milestones.
• Should take on the responsibility of assistant Senior LA to work with teams
• Deliver entire packages with direction from Senior LA, Team Leader and Project Director.

Requirements

Years Exp:

• 3-5 in the area of expertise.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in the area of expertise.
• Registered professional or pursuing membership.
• Show initiative for client management and strong communication skills.
• Demonstrate ability to deliver full packages independently

• Full tender documents (DD)
  • Full design presentations
  • Full project reports
  • SketchUp designs
  • Project work plans
• Attend site reviews for full construction project.
• Present to clients independently.
• Attend and run regular client meetings.
