You are kind, reliable, detailed oriented, independent, and eager to learn about the ins-and-outs of gifting retail. We need someone who enjoys conversing and connecting with customers, and takes initiative to provide stellar customer service!

In this role you’ll have the opportunity to learn more about the local design scene, the latest trends, and gain valuable experience in sales and customer service in the gifting industry!

Job-scope:

• Provide thoughtful customer experience, offering the best advice suited for our customers’ gifting needs. Be familiar and knowledgeable about the brands we stock from local and international designers.
• Consistently replenish, receive or return goods from vendors/designers we work with and represent.
• Provide feedback to the Chief Designer/Buyer on what works and what doesn’t within the store. We value your point of view, and all internal and external stakeholders are important to us!
• Cashiering, opening and closing of store. General store upkeep.

Requirements:

• Experience will be preferred but not required (on-the-job training will be provided)
• Able to speak English fluently (other languages is a plus)
• Able to commit to at least 2-4 days per week (weekdays 11am to 3pm and/or Sat 11am to 3pm)
• We prefer a candidate to commit on Saturday but this is not a must. We are closed on Sundays & public holidays.
