We are seeking a skilled Organic Content Marketing Specialist to join our team and support our brand’s content marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is a creative individual who has a deep understanding of the various digital channels and the ability to produce engaging and informative content that will attract and retain our target audience.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and lead content for various marketing channels, including social media, blogs, and video
• Develop and execute social media strategies that align with the company’s goals and target audience
• Develop and maintain a content calendar for all social media channels and ensure all content is timely, relevant, and engaging
• Assist in all content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, leads
• Drive awareness and increase following in social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube)
• Grow and expand company social media presence into new social media platforms (e.g., TikTok)
• Shoot and edit short-form video content for social media (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube)
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and new tools to constantly improve content creation strategies
• Collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and other partners to amplify social media efforts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience (relevant Beauty field will be a plus)
• Proven experience in content creation and digital marketing (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube)
• Relevant skills and competencies (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva, Copywriting, Videography, and Graphic Design)
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working independently
• Proficient in using social media platforms
• Experience in SEO and keyword research would be an advantage
