Responsibilities

• Synergise with clients on their digital objectives & conveying this to the team for execution
• Be on top of project schedules and deliverables; ensure all deliverables are on time and of exceptional quality
• Wireframes / project overviews, specifications and documentation
• Participate in the Marketing planning and creative generation of fresh ideas
• Liaise with partners and vendors with a keen eye on the quality of their deliverables
• Management & resolution of client issues
• Attend and facilitate (as appropriate) all status meetings, client meetings and client calls
• Monitor both client and agency budgets, including oversight of campaign costs
• Act as a liaison between all departments and the client to ensure a timely completion of projects

Requirements

• Minimum a diploma holder in Marketing, Business or Communications
• 1-2 years prior advertising agency experience preferred
• Experience in digital marketing
• A sophisticated understanding of digital media, new trends and technologies
• Thorough understanding of agency functions is an added bonus
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent organisational, time and self management skills
• Detail oriented, with excellent follow through skills.
• Strong sense of initiative and ability to work under pressure
• Comprehensive understanding of general marketing practices
