Responsibilities

• Plan and manage multi-channel and multi-market marketing campaign communications for our clients.
• Ensure deliverables for each project are timely and of exceptional quality
• Synergise with internal team members and clients to drive lead acquisition (membership and retention)
• Design and implement specific marketing program workflows, including managing content, data segmentation, budget and KPIs relating to optimising the sales funnel
• Develop and implement best practices for our clients. This includes CRM-related best practices and marketing automation program optimisation.
• Track and report campaign performance with metrics such as conversion metrics, web and email analytics.
• Monitor data insights to drive actionable recommendations

Requirements

• A diploma or degree in Marketing or relevant field
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull and interpret data sets from various tools, including Google, Adobe Analytics and Advanced Excel.
• Meticulous with keen attention to detail, self-motivated, good team player and able to multi-task and manage marketing projects end-to-end
• Good understanding of consumer behaviour in the F & B and retail industries.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills along with a customer-oriented attitude.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms such as MailChimp, Emarsys, and Braze is a plus.
