About the role

The heartbeat of the agency, the Sales & Business team is at the frontline of bringing home the bread. From client communications, to kicking off project wins, they work across industries and areas to furnish creative solutions in the video space.

We are looking for ex-producers who come equipped with client servicing pow-wow and production knowledge that can seal the deal.

You get to know your clients – you are the team’s frontline.
You empower clients to visualise what they want – you set the brief.
You curate a suite of solutions – you decide the video product.

Everything after that is taken care of by a solid Production and Operations team.

We offer a solid induction process that takes you from zero to hero as a video consultant. You get to be in the thick of action, as soon as you can and as quickly as you want.

About the content category

Corporate communications is an endless space of content possibilities.

The openness of the category excites us constantly, and we’re curious to discover versatile content solutions that make things different.

Working with existing clients across various industries and areas, you will win projects and accounts across some of our top-performing content genres like people stories, corporate narratives, content pieces, and a full-suite of animation content.

Our communications-led approach to telling stories from fact is a tool you will wield in this business of tales.

What we’re looking for

This is an opportunity to develop and evolve your foundational skills in the client services category.
With knowledge of back-end processes, you can negotiate project wins and account growth by providing clients with video solutions.

We’re interested in your personal skills and attitude, and will empower you with our best practices.
This is a role with a runway of 2 years at minimum, and will be poised for upskilling as a Team Lead.
We want alice to be the moment where you superscale what you already know.
