Responsibilities

• Oversee and work with the Ad agency on paid ad budgets and performance objectives and report on key metrics.
• Manage the digital marketing calendar which includes promotions and core brand initiatives (i.e. new product launches).
• Partner with other departments to gather creative assets and ensure proper online messaging, relevance, and consistency across multiple networks and channels.
• Daily management of sales and coordinate sales revenue
• Support Marketing and PR Agency in development of 360 planning, calendaring, and guidelines for all campaigns/programs.
• Ensure questions, comments and related opportunities with speed and judgment and in alignment with internal stakeholders.
• Be a force of proposal within the brand to go after high-potential opportunities.
• Coordinate and work with the Accountant to ensure billings and expenses are properly filed and documented.
• Order fulfilment & inventory management.
• Be an asset to the CEO in helping with all aspects of the qìsane business
