Job Scope

• Planning, crafting and creating content for clients’ social media accounts
• Copywriting
• Conceptualising marketing campaigns for clients
• Liaising with the design team to materialise ideas
• The day-to-day management of clients’ social media accounts, and their social media community
• Pitching fresh and innovative social media ideas and concepts to both internal stakeholders and clients
• Regular communication and liaison with clients
• TikTok/Reel content creation (good to have!)

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year working experience: agency account servicing role, or in-house marketing role
• A solid background in marketing, social media, advertising or design
• A persuasive and confident approach to creative projects
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• A keen attention to detail
• The willingness to keep yourself updated with the latest social media trends
