Job Description / Details:

We are looking for a Creative Director with a strong foundation in writing to help lead our agency’s creative team. A qualified candidate will be able to conceptualize and bring to fruition events, digital campaigns, case study videos, and present your ideas internally as well as to the client.

As a part of the job, you will be working with some of the largest internet technology companies in the world, primarily in the B2B space, while building up the knowledge and practical expertise of your team.

Day-to-day:

• You will be responsible for all creative output leaving the studio from start to finish.
• Work with the project manager to ensure all timelines are met.
• Answer/expand project briefs in new and unexpected ways that push the boundaries of how memorable and accessible our content is.
• Develop and interpret brand guides, and you know how to innovate within them.
• Oversee print and digital publication processes.
• Concept development and topline copywriting of events, videos, campaigns and presentations.
• Quickly adapt to clients’ styles and approaches as needed.
• Nurture the creative team to expand their skills and increase the quality and speed of their output.

• A strong interested in tech
• Illustration and graphic design experience
• Animation and Editing experience
• Understanding of how to use Maya, Blender, Adobe Premiere, InDesign, and other graphic-focused software.
• UX Design for both physical spaces and digital platforms
• Experience or understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Application Requirements:

• Formal training in writing, graphic design, communication design, media design, or illustration, culminating in a degree or diploma from a recognized institute, is preferred.
• Min 6-8 years of industry experience with an agency and/or as a freelance designer is preferred.
• A portfolio, CV and letters of recommendation.
