As a Marketing Intern at M Supplies, you will play a key role in revitalizing our brand presence and developing innovative strategies to reach new audiences. You were to explore new trends, handle online platforms, create compelling content, and infuse creativity into our social media presence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Online Platform Management:

• Assist in the management and optimization of our online platforms, including our website and e-commerce channels.
• Explore new technologies and tools to enhance the online shopping experience for our customers.

2. Social Media Creativity:

• Develop and execute creative social media campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
• Generate engaging content, including visuals, videos, and interactive posts, to boost brand awareness and customer engagement.

3. Market Research and Trend Analysis:

• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer preferences in the floral and gifting industry.
• Translate research findings into actionable insights and innovative marketing strategies.

4. New Ideas and Innovation:

• Brainstorm and propose innovative ideas to transform our business setting and enhance customer experience.
• Collaborate with the team to implement new concepts, both online and offline, to align with current market trends.

5. Content Creation:

• Create compelling and informative content for our online platforms, blog, and social media channels.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong creativity and ability to think outside the box.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
