To help you manage jobs effectively, you too have the ability to control and keep track of all your job advertisements from the very start of your recruitment activities. ‘Manage Jobs’ stores and provides an overview of all your past to present jobs made available for your own easy reference. Learn how you can easily manage the status while monitoring the performance of your job advertisements: Active Jobs, Pending Jobs and Ended/Expired Jobs.
Keep track of all your job advertisements from the very start of your recruitment activities.
Learn how you can easily Edit a Job, Relist a Job, End a Job while managing the job ad status and also Monitoring Job Ad performance.

  • Active Jobs: All job advertisements that are published and lived on the job site
  • Pending Jobs: Job Advertisements that are still pending payment and confirmation
  • Ended Jobs: All Job Advertisements that are Closed/Ended before the 30 days end
  • Expired Jobs: All Job Advertisements that are already Expired after 30 days
1. Edit a Job
  • Once you are signed in to your ‘EMPLOYER ACCOUNT’. On ‘My Dashboard’, go to ‘Active Jobs’
  • Click the ‘Edit Job’ button on the specific job to which you wish to make any new changes.
  • Notify us at info@SingapuraJobs.com each time the job advertisement is edited. This is to ensure the consistency of the job advertisement information used when promoting through social media and partner sites.
2. Relist a Job
  • Once you are signed in to your ‘EMPLOYER ACCOUNT’. On ‘My Dashboard’, go to ‘Expired Jobs’
  • Search for the specific job that you want to re-list. Click on the ‘Re-list’ button under the ‘Actions’ section
  • Once clicked, it will lead to the ‘Edit Your Job’ page. Edit the job description if you wish to make any new changes to the job advertisement.
  • On the same page, select the ‘Job Pack’ that you wish to purchase;
    • Promo A: 1 job ad credit for 1 job advertisement [CHOOSE THIS]
    • Internship Placement: Internship job advertisement
  • Click the ‘Relist’ button to proceed with the payment via Paypal.
3. End a Job
  • Once you are signed in to your ‘EMPLOYER ACCOUNT’. On ‘My Dashboard’, go to ‘Active Jobs’
  • Search for the specific job that you want to ‘End’. Click on the ‘End Job’ button under the ‘Actions’ section.
  • Once clicked, the job will automatically be listed under the ‘Expired Jobs’.
4. Ended/Expired jobs
  • You are able to update the recruitment process status from ‘Pending’ to ‘Filled’ by using the ‘Status’ dropdown button.
5. Monitoring Job Advertisement
  • Keep track of your active job advertisement response by monitoring the number of Views of your job advertisement.
  • Once you are signed in to your ‘EMPLOYER ACCOUNT’. On ‘My Dashboard’, go to ‘Active Jobs’.
  • On each active job, refer to the ‘Views’ section. You will be able to monitor the number of views of your active job advertisement.
***It is recommended for you to closely monitor the response of your job advertisement within the first 7 days of the job advertisement period.  If you feel that the response to the job ad is not ideal within the first 7 days or at a later anytime, please inform us immediately so that our team can review and improve your job ad promptly.
