Roles & Responsibilities

• Managing the walk-in customers and provide professional and personalized services.
• Responsible for the day to day operations of the shop and ensure that the products are well-presented and in accordance with brand and visual-merchandising identitiy.
• Actively work with garments – replenishing, folding, hanging, tidying, displaying, and merchandising.
• Follow up on sales routines, policies and guidelines and ensure sales target are exceeded.
• Recognize sales opportunities (on Designer Women’s Fashion) and maximize the revenue.
