We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and hands-on Retail Manager lead our retail sales teams as well as open up new sales channels for our portfolio of exclusive brands. In this role, you’ll be at the helm incorporating sales strategies and business development plans to grow our business revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales across the company’s sales channels, online and offline through setting short and long-term channel strategies to achieve sales and profit goals.
  • Create promotional activities to support each channel’s sales plan.
  • Identify and approach potential channel partners i.e., online/offline retailers, and working with Merchandising team in building suitable product plans for each partner retailer. This includes third-party retailers, online marketplaces and more.
  • Establishes productive, professional relationships with key internal/external personnel across sales channels.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of new sales channels through proposals and presentations.
  • Recommend improvements that can be made to optimise both sales and customer experience.
  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics.
  • Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads.
  • Provide feedback to team on market trends, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offerings.
  • Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including operations, merchandising, marketing, retail, ecommerce, and management to meet sales performance objectives.
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned channel partners.
  • Accountable for sales reporting, weekly updates, and customer profile reports.
  • Support on the ground at SocietyA’s flagship store, customer events and other on-site sales events.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience with fashion, retail and ecommerce industries are preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of sales management experience.
  • A university degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Have a good command of English, both spoken and written, which will be beneficial in producing effective sales & brand pitches.
