Scope

Assist in

• Conceptualizing, designing, executing marketing collaterals, which may i.e. include organizing photoshoots
• Work closely with the team to strategise, plan, generate, edit and execute engaging digital and non-digital content for campaigns and programmes (posts, images, videos, EDMs etc.)
  Liaising with Graphic Agencies, Printing and Production Houses to produce effective promotional materials
• Brainstorming, creating, executing and maintaining digital marketing and content creation for the company website and relevant digital and/or social media platforms
• Execute, monitor and timely updates of performance of outreach programmes and engagement campaigns’ statistics or ticket sales
• Provide administrative support in areas of archival and managing reports (i.e. photos, videos, surveys) or Front-of-House matters during productions/shows/events or liaise with Production Manager

40 hours work week [Mon – Fri (9am – 6pm)] except for production days which fall on weekends, you may be scheduled to assist i.e., Front-of-House.

Requirements

• You are an advocate for the arts and receptive to interdisciplinary works and/or unconventional artistic expressions
• You are familiar with the latest digital marketing trends
• You are proficient in Canva.com or MS Office & Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• You have prior experience in similar roles
• Digital marketing and/or experience in email campaigns, SEO and SEM, a bonus
• You possess good interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills
