Job Description:

• You will support our Community Managers in the daily operations and in bringing events to life. These include researching new ideas, administrative matters, sourcing décor, props, managing RSVPs, welcoming guests, assisting with the set-up and breakdown.
• You will have a full picture of how Figment works as an innovative and new venture.
• You are encouraged to suggest initiatives that will make the Figment experience more delightful.

• Event marketing – videos and collateral development

Responsibilities

• To assist in the event management planning and operations for all Figment events
• Marketing support related to events and collaterals – Videos, Brochures, Slides, Banners etc
• Assist community managers in on-site event preparation
• Assist community managers in procurement
• Invitation to guests (follow-ups with calls and email reminders, and to collate final numbers)
• Liaison with the vendors, photographers etc.
• Logistics preparation & provide admin support to event and logistics related matters
• Assist community managers in their day-to-day tasks
