Job Description:

• You will assist in preparing the store for the day
• You will share exemplary product knowledge in every guest interaction
• You will collect feedback from customers to help us improve as a brand
• You will be knowledgeable and up to date on any company communications that are meant for customers
• You will engage customers to build the community around good living
• You will receive and process stock where necessary
• You must have the ability to work independently as well as a good team player

Job Responsibilities:

• Preferably with relevant retail experience
• Good command of English and conversational mandarin. Other spoken languages is a bonus
• Presentable and well groomed
• Self-motivated and execute exemplary customer service
• Sales commission and salary based remuneration
• Able to work weekends
