Job Summary:

Your primary role is to to create, manage and produce marketing collateral and creative assets across a range of channels and purposes through photography, videography, and graphic design for multiple venues and brands. You must be a creative thinker with the ability to express ideas and articulate it in a well thought out manner. You must have excellent communication and organisational skills, and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Create compelling and engaging visual content across multiple platforms for all venues and brands
• Assist the marketing team with edits to digital assets (videos, email, landing pages etc)
• Liaise between the marketing, venue teams and suppliers/vendors handling production from quote to completion
• Stay up to date on current social media marketing trends and suggests ideas to help improve video content to increase engagement and reach
• Contribute to developing social media strategy and calendar planning
• Undertake projects from conception to completion and maintain brand consistency throughout

• Responsible for general housekeeping, media management and relevant administration tasks

Requirements:

• A portfolio with the “wow” factor
• 2-3 years’ experience in commercial graphic design/advertising and video editing
• Proficiency with design and editing programmes eg. Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects and Premiere
• Strong conceptual skills and thorough understanding of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, video editing and web limitations; must have the ability to storyboard or translate ideas to team members
• An unwavering attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• A team player, who is also self-motivated and capable of handling projects independently
