Job Responsibilities:

• Daily management of campaigns to ensure that they are executed/implemented to meet deadlines and achieve the set objectives by working cross-functionally with teams.
• Prepare and brief cross-functional teams for timely delivery, as well as troubleshoot bottlenecks and meet deadlines
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement digital and offline campaigns.
• Coordinate promotional activities e.g. liaising with supplier and internal stakeholders on GWP ideas and procurement
• Lead gathering of quantitative and qualitative data for campaigns analysis, to assist the senior executive in performing market analysis and research for campaign optimisation and post-mortem
• Work with graphic designer to produce content for all channels
• Events planning and execution
• Any other ad-hoc duties

Key Skills / Experience:

• Minimum 1 – 2 years of relevant work experience in Marketing experience working with/in Beauty Retail related company is a bonus.
• Great communication skills
• Passion for digital technologies and a love for beauty will be a plus!
• Quick-thinking and adaptive in a fast-paced environment to prioritise tasks while managing multiple deliverables
• Good people management and communication skills
• Great follow-up skills to manage processes from start to finish
• Knowledge of digital channels and familiarity with social media channels and marketing technologies
• Demonstrated experience working with diverse members and cross-functional teams
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
