Job Summary:

You will be responsible for working with various stakeholders to conceptualize, propose, plan and roll out compelling marketing activities, content and campaigns to create awareness and drive engagement for all venues. Well-versed in the concept of digital marketing and branding, you also have a great passion for service and hospitality.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with venue general managers to plan, manage, and implement in-venue activations, email campaigns and content marketing, optimizing for performance along the way
  • Optimize digital presence via SEO, creative content, and other digital activities to increase venue brand awareness including but not limited to crafting stories and creating shareable content in line with monthly themes and objectives
  • Generate, edit, and publish daily social media content and moderate all user-generated content
  • Act as brand guardian, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment across all brand content
  • Assist with copy and content writing for marketing & communications collaterals and activities
  • Manage sponsorship opportunities, events, and media activities for the group
  • Explore, identify, and recommend new, creative ways to reach our target audience
  • Liaise with designers, suppliers and printers for artwork and collateral – basic design and layout tasks from time to time may be required
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships and coordinate activities as required
  • Responsible for general housekeeping, media management, reporting and administration tasks
  • BSc/BA in marketing or relevant field
  • 3-5 years of marketing, with at least 3 years of progressive digital marketing experience
  • Exceptional project management skills. Ability to prioritize, multitask and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of consumer marketing and the marketing mix
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices. Proven experience in a digital role is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics
  • Analytical mindset with critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to think outside of the box and navigate ambiguity
  • Proactive and takes ownership of work
  • Knowledge of HTML/JavaScript/Adobe Creative Suite is a plus

Requirements:

  • BSc/BA in marketing or relevant field
  • 3-5 years of marketing, with at least 3 years of progressive digital marketing experience
