1/ RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor the media, including newspapers, magazines, online, broadcasts, newswires, social media and blogs, for clients’ news and coverage
• Drafting of press materials and other collaterals including press release, bios, fact sheet, social media campaign briefs, website copy, etc.
• Pitch stories and features to the media based on approved pitching grid/plan
• Promptly respond to enquiries and liaising with Clients, Media and Social Media influencers
• Ideation, execution and dissemination of press kits and creative seeding kits
• Attend, participate and provide support at client events, meetings, media events, and brainstorming sessions as required
• Assist in the managing of Social Media campaigns and activities for clients
• Work with Social Media influencers to create relevant and engaging content to reach clients’ target audience
• Assist in the creation, curation, production and management of Social Media campaigns including photoshoots, video productions, etc
• Compile report for clients, analyse results and provide regular updates
• Coordinate and facilitate clients’ samples/products for photoshoots, appearance, loans and other PR events
• Help in keeping an accurate inventory of clients’ samples, prepare loan forms, facilitate delivery to media and follow up for sample returns

2/ QUALIFICATIONS

• A diploma/degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university
• Possess a good understanding of global and industry trends in fashion, beauty, luxury and lifestyle
• Able to perform well under pressure and be a strong team player
• Self-motivated and resourceful, with high levels of initiative
• Excellent written and communication skills, with an eye for detail
