Job Scope
- Work closely with the Creative Director to ensure that client expectations are met.
- Liaise with clients as necessary.
- Advise and plan project timelines.
- Oversee and manage all writing-related projects to meet the stipulated specifications and timelines.
- Projects include printed collaterals (e.g. annual reports, commemorative books, IT newsletters, etc.), heritage galleries, and more.
- Manage and supervise the writing team.
- Review content from the writing team to advise on writing style, factual accuracy, adherence to style guide, and other necessary aspects.
- Proofread content from the writing team.
- Work with account executives, designers, and illustrators to ensure proper translation of content to design.
- Attend internal and external project meetings.
- Conduct presentations as necessary.
- Spearhead improvement of company processes.
Requirements
- Possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Mass Communications, Marketing,
- Linguistics/Languages, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, or equivalent.
- At least three years of working experience in a related field.
- Possess a good command of the English language; and able to effectively copywrite, copyedit, and proofread diverse content.
- Ability to come up with creative ideas
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Have exceptional problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in working with government agencies is a plus.
- Experience in gallery curation is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
