Job Scope

• Work closely with the Creative Director to ensure that client expectations are met.
• Liaise with clients as necessary.
• Advise and plan project timelines.
• Oversee and manage all writing-related projects to meet the stipulated specifications and timelines.
• Projects include printed collaterals (e.g. annual reports, commemorative books, IT newsletters, etc.), heritage galleries, and more.
• Manage and supervise the writing team.
• Review content from the writing team to advise on writing style, factual accuracy, adherence to style guide, and other necessary aspects.
• Proofread content from the writing team.
• Work with account executives, designers, and illustrators to ensure proper translation of content to design.
• Attend internal and external project meetings.
• Conduct presentations as necessary.
• Spearhead improvement of company processes.

Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Mass Communications, Marketing,
• Linguistics/Languages, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, or equivalent.
• At least three years of working experience in a related field.
• Possess a good command of the English language; and able to effectively copywrite, copyedit, and proofread diverse content.
• Ability to come up with creative ideas
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Have exceptional problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in working with government agencies is a plus.
• Experience in gallery curation is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
