The role

We are looking for an Account Servicing people person to join our team! At 21 Stories, we live and breathe social media and function like a creative think tank with social, digital, design and communications rolled into one. If you love social media and are passionate about implementing digital-led campaigns, this job is for you.

Required DNA:

You are an expert communicator who’s highly organised and pays attention to detail. You enjoy presenting information on digital platforms and have an excellent understanding of the latest trends in digital marketing and the social media landscape. You are also keen to learn new things, have a great positive attitude and affable personality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Key contact between client, creative team, and external vendors.
• Digital marketing: Develop strategies with the team, implement and monitor marketing activities.
• Social Media Marketing: Mapping of optimal content strategy, content and feed planning, creative copywriting, scheduling of posts, and platform community management.
• Influencer Marketing: Strategy development and campaign management.
• Put together reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Keep up to date with any social media and digital trends.

Requirements:

• Minimum one-year experience in an Account Servicing or Marketing role in an agency or company and/or tertiary education in Marketing or a related field.
• Possess excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail.
• Good client management and presentation skills.
• Interest and passion for all things digital and social media.
• Strong team player who is responsible, able to work independently, and meet deadlines.
