Minimum Qualifications:

• Portfolio of design projects.
• 4+ years of experience across web applications and digital products, preferably at a digital agency or tech-focused product-driven firm.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Shared experience in having the capacity to own and drive the design process by independently defining requirements, scoping projects and prioritizing tasks (Cradle to Grave Project Life Cycle).
• You have experience in conceptualizing original ideas and translating it into key deliverables.
• Skilled in user research, user interviews, concept and usability testing.

You will be ideating, conceptualizing, crafting, designing, building, and testing experiences to create engaging moments for our users online.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the creative process with well-articulated design methodologies.
• Employ design methodologies and critical thinking to develop product life-cycle strategies with a collaborative mode of execution.
• Create high-fidelity designs, illustrate design and prototype ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
• Conduct user research (discover insights, define user personas) to address experience gaps.
