We provide an intimate experience with undivided attention and fine-tune every dress to fit to perfection, translating every bride’s dream of the perfect wedding dress into reality. While defining moments and creating memories, we narrate each wedding that speaks for each love story.

Responsibilities

• Handling sales appointments and attending to existing and prospective brides.
• Responding and following up on queries via communication mediums.
• Verifying customers’ personal information and issuing sales contracts, invoices and receipts.
• Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
• Liaising and managing schedules of make-up artists and team.
• Liaising with third party vendors/event organisers and managing logistics for such events.
• Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
• Supporting the team with other administrative tasks, if required.
• Compiling and submitting weekly sales reports to the Finance Department.

Requirements

• Diploma in administration or similar.
• Experienced in sales administration, or a similar role.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Knowledge in administrative recordkeeping.
• Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office & Google Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Responsible, self-motivated and willing to get involved hands-on
