Job responsibilities
- To communicate clearly and concisely with supervisor and colleagues (especially on client’s request and instructions)
- To perform administrative works, such as but not limited to filing, billing, follow-up with job files in a timely and accurate manner
- Assist with liaising with clients’ request in a timely manner
- Prompt and accurate update of date in Salesforce. Ensure documentation and entries in Salesforce comply to the standard operating procedures of various department
- Assist to coordinate and execute services according to quotation and costing
Job requirements
- No experience/ 1 or 2-year experience in office administrative systems and procedure ((Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Proficient computing skills (Salesforce, Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Passionate about learning and interested in Art Logistics field
- Good time management, organizational and planning skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
