Job responsibilities

• To communicate clearly and concisely with supervisor and colleagues (especially on client’s request and instructions)
• To perform administrative works, such as but not limited to filing, billing, follow-up with job files in a timely and accurate manner
• Assist with liaising with clients’ request in a timely manner
• Prompt and accurate update of date in Salesforce. Ensure documentation and entries in Salesforce comply to the standard operating procedures of various department
• Assist to coordinate and execute services according to quotation and costing

Job requirements

• No experience/ 1 or 2-year experience in office administrative systems and procedure ((Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Proficient computing skills (Salesforce, Microsoft Office, etc.)
• Passionate about learning and interested in Art Logistics field
• Good time management, organizational and planning skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
