Job Description

• Work with design and product development team on approving samples to proceed to the production phase after thorough evaluation
• Partner with Product Design Team to offer options and solution to meet design intent and margi targets
• Work with the operations/procurement/budget network to create process documentation, ensuring ongoing operational quality and efficiency.
• Work with management, customer service & quality team to improve product development quality
• Provide technical and aesthetic support during product development process
• Assist in researching materials, colours, and trends for each delivery
• With guidance and advice, to modify and prepare final artwork for sampling and production
• To collaborate closely with our Product Development team on R&D for new capabilities
• Adhere to project schedules and effectively report progress to meet deadlines

Job Requirements

• A diploma or degree in Industrial Design, Engineering, Fashion Merchandising, Business, or Jewellery related fields highly preferred
• Proactive and outgoing personality with a positive and solutions oriented mentality – You will be speaking to and coordinating with suppliers regularly
• Excellent organizational skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team-player mindset, ready to help in different parts of the team
• Excellent English written communication skills
• Thick-skinned, and comfortable making requests under tight deadlines
• Must be tech savvy and able to adopt and use new tools quickly
