Title: Associate Producer

Department: Live Ops

Report To: Product Director

Duty & Responsibilities:

• Work with producer to develop program concepts and ideas.
• Help with project planning such as goals, budget estimates, schedule, and production contracts.
• Analyse data to support the decision made on the live issue.
• Partner with creative teams from the earliest concept stage through the production process
• Help devise and establish best practices for highly technical production
• Represent production progress to cross-functional colleagues and executive management
• Research and gather project information from available sources.
• Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Producer in the games industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of the current browser gaming landscape and market.
• Strong sense of game design principles, theory, models, and tools.
• Understanding of the game development process.
• Ability to work in a team environment with maturity and leadership.

Bonus:

• Technical background or technically inclined.
• Experience in handling KPIs and Ops issues for a project.
