Who we are:

We are a home-grown crystal brand that is all about sourcing for and curating beautiful crystals for our customers. Crystals are both wearable natural works of art and enhancements to your living space. Not only do we provide unique crystals for homes, we also design our own jewellery. We would like to promote crystals as a new age healing tool, focusing on emotional and mental well-being. Our working culture is all about respect and ownership of work. We allow our employees to create and design as they wish, and work on marketing strategies that they come up with. Currently we are expanding to serve our customers better with a retail store, while still focusing mainly on eCommerce as our key revenue generation.

The role

We are looking for a passionate marketing intern who is ready to grow a crystal brand in the fast-growing crystal market and who would like to partner up with one of the most popular crystal shops in Singapore and Southeast Asia. We have been featured in numerous local publications as one of the go-to crystal eCommerce stores. The crystal market is booming and we are at the forefront.

You will get to work at our beautiful office+shop in Oxley Towers and get staff discounts on crystals. We will also offer you additional performance bonus based on your marketing and sales outcome.

Your responsibilities:

• Support and drive the marketing and branding strategy for Glace Crystals
• Responsible for social media marketing strategy and postings
• Price our products at an optimal level
• Push products onto eCommerce platforms: Take pictures, edit and list products on website/eCommerce platforms
• Manage customer service – answer queries on social media, emails and eCommerce platforms and in person
• Manage store and operations on eCommerce platforms
• Write blogposts for SEO
• Adhoc tasks

Requirements:

• Have knowledge and experience on social media platform marketing
• Able to take pictures and edit them using Adobe Lightroom
• Able to work independently
• Able to interact with customers in person professionally
• Basic knowledge of crystals is sufficient
• Available for at least 3 months from Jan’23 onwards
• Fluent in English
