Reporting to the Chief Sculptor, you are to support the Design and Moulding Centre and plan an important role in conceptualising, developing and producing premium gifts and personal accessories.

You are expected to take on the following responsibilities:

• Able to sketch, design, sculpt figurines, ornaments and products creatively to meet the relevant needs of today’s consumers and international trends.
• Innovative, independent and highly resourceful individuals who can design and produce gifts that is in line with the brand’s essence and with international relevance and appeal.
• Responsible for producing designs and prototypes which translate into successful productions.
• Participate and monitor the development, integration and implementation of the production process to ensure that standards are met and timely corrective actions are taken and to provide periodic reports during the different stage of production.
• Ability to manage time, design cost and profitability, experience with production processes of the new products will be an added advantage.

Requirements

• Diploma / degree in Fine Arts specializing in Sculpturing Design or related discipline.
• Preferably with 1–2 years of experience in similar capacity.
• Experience with three-dimensional sculpturing in fine details is essential.
• Ability to express creativity and develop concepts with excellent free hand drawing and sculpt together with good knowledge of mould designs and processes.
• Knowledge of prototyping disciplines, including fabrication, assembly and rapid prototyping techniques CAD data exchange issues.
• Working knowledge of 3D design software packages.
• Bilingual with ability to speak Mandarin to liaise with associates is a must.
