Responsibilities:

• Manage our stores on all marketplaces and constantly refresh with new promos and offerings
• Plan, conceptualize, develop campaigns on our marketplaces and platforms – Grab, Lazada, Redmart, Shopee, Foodpanda, Deliveroo, Qoo10 etc
• Keep product listings up-to-date across all channels and ensure prices are competitive, updated and profit-optimized
• Regularly refresh store layout, product mix and categories and promotions
• Build and manage relationship with marketplace account managers to ideate and run strategic promotions, campaigns and collaborations
• Track sales and analyze consolidation of data across marketplaces, devise and execute action plans to improve store’s performance consistently
• Gather feedback and learnings from marketplaces to drive continuous growth and improvement for our stores
• Work with customer service team to resolve any customer or order issues
• Ad hoc tasks as assigned by Marketing Team

Requirements:

• Preferred experience in managing marketplaces
• Professional, organized, meticulous and can-do attitude
• Proactive and get-things-done attitude
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel
• Driven individual that is willing to go the extra mile
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
