Customer Relations Intern (Haus Athletics) – Singapore
Your Responsibilities
- To ensure operations in up-keeping the brand standard of the studios, such as general queries, service-related tasks, and client check-in.
- To assist with customer experience and engagement, including facilitating a seamless flow of incoming and outcoming customer requests.

- You are a people person, and you enjoy interacting with customers, colleagues, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Excellent time management and pays attention to detail.
- Hardworking and eager to learn.
- Proactive.
- Able to work and communicate well with a small team.
- Able to stay organized and focused when dealing with an unpleasant situation.
- Able to make a quick decision in the interest of the company and clients should there be a need to.
- Able to adapt to changes quickly.
- Minimum commitment of 6 months.
