Your Responsibilities

  • To ensure operations in up-keeping the brand standard of the studios, such as general queries, service-related tasks, and client check-in.
  • To assist with customer experience and engagement, including facilitating a seamless flow of incoming and outcoming customer requests.

Application Criteria:

  • You are a people person, and you enjoy interacting with customers, colleagues, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Excellent time management and pays attention to detail.
  • Hardworking and eager to learn.
  • Proactive.
  • Able to work and communicate well with a small team.
  • Able to stay organized and focused when dealing with an unpleasant situation.
  • Able to make a quick decision in the interest of the company and clients should there be a need to.
  • Able to adapt to changes quickly.
  • Minimum commitment of 6 months.
