Distilleri is appointing a Digital and Social Media Executive to support the growth of our digital media platform SilverStreak. The Role:

Digital

• Developing websites to adhere to designs supporting internal business requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, providing diagnostic, and analytical support
• Conduct performance analysis and recommends improvements
• Ensure work complies with policy and standards
• Ensure website meet performance, security, and functional requirements

Social Media

• Provide assistance assembling creative briefs such as social media content plans and sourcing images for articles
• Daily management of Silverstreak’s social media accounts
• Assist with the creation of content for socials and working with a set creative direction for accompanying visuals
• Responding to queries on Silverstreak’s social media accounts
• Scheduling and publishing Silverstreak’s content and articles
• Assist in the creation of project planning and scheduling documentation
• Actively help to manage project schedules by liaising with our creative teams
• Ideate content for SilverStreak’s socials and articles
• Report on analytics for social content and articles

The Skill Sets:

• Experience working with a variety of WordPress
• Good to have experience using Elementor page bulider
• Knowledge of standard software development concepts, practices, and procedures
• Ability to multitask and plan proactively, as well as accomplish goals in a timely manner
• Ability to work with minimal direction, yet able to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Working knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Working knowledge of front and backend development
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously
• UI and UX
• Good understanding of website architecture and aesthetics.

The Personality:

• Prior experience in account management / editorial roles would be advantageous
• Prior experience in managing business profile pages on Instagram and Facebook
• Graphic design skills would be advantageous
• Have excellent communication skills: you are a good listener, able to write well, can articulate opinions clearly, and eager to participate in group discussions, presentations and brainstorms
