Freshly Pressed Socks is a fashion and retail brand. We design and make socks that have a unique character and story behind them. Our socks retailed online on www.freshlypressedsocks.com, Zalora, Lazada and Etsy and at selected retail partners in Singapore and the brand has been featured by Monocle, Esquire, The Straits Times, Product Hunt and other media publications.

As an admin and operations executive, you will be responsible for multiple functions to keep the business running smoothly.

Job Scope:

• Inventory and stockist management: Manage our inventory and work closely with selected retail partners on stock updates and replenishments
• Order fulfilment: This involves picking/packing and working with our delivery partners to fulfil local and international orders.
• Customer Experience: Help manage customer enquires on email and chat.
• General administrative support: Data entry, inventory management, issue and tracking of sales orders and payments, document filing, office management and other administrative and day-to-day aspects etc.
• Events: Help run the Freshly Pressed booth at various pop-up events

Requirements:

• Well organised, diligent and resourceful
• High level of ownership and accountability; Able to work independently
• Willingness to learn
• Familiar with Microsoft office and other basic computer skills
